Again, Easy...

The MyCalendars Panel contains a list of your calenars. Next to every calendar is a check box that indicates whether to display the events. Next to that check box is the sync or no sync icons. Simply use the icon like a toggle switch and select to sync or not to sync the calendar by toggling the icon.
