How do I configure the view in which to start up the calendar?

You can change the view in which your calendar starts. The possible
views are day, week, month, & year. By default, it always starts in month view.
From the Control Panel go to Configure Preferences.
Select the 'Start up view' pulldown and select the view in which you want your calendar to start.
