Calendars can be created or modified to be displayed in any time zone.
When creating a new calendar, select the desired time zone from the drop menu in the New Calendar window.

To modify the time zone of an existing calendar, right-click the desired calendar name in the MyCalendars panel and select Modify. The time zone can be changed in the Edit Calendar window which appears.
