The New Event window can look intimidating, but do not fear. Filling it in is quite easy!

Tabs: All Day Event: Clicking this will make your event last an entire day. It will also make the Start Time, Duration, and End Time turn gray. Start Time, Duration, and End Time: Set the times that you want your event to start and end. Caption: This is the name of the event. Description: This can be a description of the event, or information about the event. This will appear when you click or hover over an event in the main calendar view. Calendar: Choose which calendar you want your event to be displayed on. Reminder: Set your reminder using this field. Your reminder will be sent to the default e-mail address of your account. Visibility: Changes the visibility of your event. To learn about visibility, click Here. Location: Enter the Location of your Event. Recurring: You can choose to make your event recurring.
