Changing the start and end time of your calendar, lets you configure what hours you see on your week and day view of the calendar. (Note: This does not mean that events put on the calendar before of after these times are not there).

From the Control Panel go to Configure Preferences. Select from the pull downs the time you want your calendar to start and the time you want your calendar to end.
