This tells CALibrate generally how much time you need between appointments. For example, if the Interval Between Appointments is set at 20 minutes, and you have an appointment from 11:00 until 12:00pm, it is not possible for others to schedule appointments (on the same day) which are between 12:00 and 12:20 pm.
