Calendar Organization is the method you can use to group and/or order your calendars in the MyCalendars Panel. You may want to do this to group together or order calendars in some way that is more intuitive and more useful to your company.

Furthermore, you can use the organization to speed up overlaying calendars. You can overlay the entire group with one click, or only select a few of the individual calendars inside the group that you wish to see.
